Devastated at the arrangement that was delivered - absolutely nothing like what was requested and probably only 1/3 of the value
Fantastic only had to get them delivered on a different day to what I wanted
Did not see the flowers but the reports I got back was very positive

On 03-Dec-2019 the supplier responded:Thank you for your review. Based on previous customer feedback we have rules regarding sending lilies in bud. As you will have noted most images on our website show a lot of open lilies depending on the design and customers expect that the end product will look exactly the same. As you know, lilies need to be closed somewhat to ensure the longevity of the bloom. As a rule with the item you ordered we ask our florist to ensure one lily is open to meet customer expectation based on our image and the remainder closed. I can see from your image the florist has sent one open lily and one partially open lily and I am unable to see any closed buds anywhere else. However, they have filled the arrangement with spray roses and standard roses to value and so perhaps didn't feel adding any further lilies was necessary and certainly as per our design only two are required. I am sorry you were disappointed to see them open but hope this explains in part why.
